After four years of college hockey and undergrad studies in marketing & management at the University of Michigan, he joined Goff Homes, Inc., the family land development and construction business.
During his first 16 years there, Pat was involved in nearly every facet of the new home construction industry; he started at the “bottom” with labor work – sweeping, hauling, loading, scrapping, digging, sod-laying, just being a general “gopher” for anything and everything. As time went on he started manual drafting & design, material selection, delivery & installation coordination and eventually, full project superintendent work and construction management. He also developed a passion for learning various, business software programs and gained the necessary skills for computer-aided drafting (CAD) of single and multi-family home and site plans.
Over those 16 years Pat planned, designed, sold, managed, scheduled, serviced, performed homeowner final walk-throughs, delivered & closed hundreds of homes in many different suburbs in the Twin Cities.
Following his years at Goff Homes, Pat became a full time agent with Re/Max and Real Estate Masters prior to becoming a licensed broker and establishing Goff Realty Group, Inc. in February of 2007.
In addition, from 2009-2015, Pat assisted in performing maintenance on a portion of his family’s investment property portfolio.
Pat has represented many, many buyers, sellers & investors with all their real estate needs!
He currently resides in Woodbury and has three adult children, Natalea, Naomi & Neal.
