Pat helped me purchase my first home and it was an outstanding experience. I work the graveyard shift and Pat was very flexible and accommodating regarding my schedule, able to meet whenever I was free to go look at a house. Over the course of several months we looked at dozens of homes and Pat did a great job keeping up contact with me, finding out which direction I wanted to go in (often via e-mail as I sleep during the day) and sending me numerous listings that met my budget and were in the location that I wanted to live in. I would absolutely go through Pat again if I ever needed to purchase another home.
